Risk Management focuses on identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring and reporting strategic risks that could affect the achievement of Company objectives.
PEG policy on risk management encompasses all significant risks to the Group including strategic, financial, business, operational and compliance risks. Each level of management, from the Board of Directors to Assistants, is responsible for regularly reviewing the risk environment / profile in which the company operates.
Health, Safety & Environment is of key interest to PLATFORM EXPRESS GROUP. In line with our keen interest in HSE, the Company has laid out a complete HSE plan and we have recruited and trained a qualified HSE supervisor as a staff of the Company. We adhere to our company HSE Policy & Procedure strictly. During our Project Planning session, we always ensure that we provide a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for each project we carry out.
This is usually submitted to the client to expose the hazard-prone areas during the project execution and show address the safety measures we have in place for this. We have our update meetings and HSE meetings very regularly. Attendance is mandatory.
We are dedicated to Quality Control. We cannot overemphasize the importance of QA/QC in business. Careful and diligent application of QA/QC procedures in a company ensures that the business stays viable and sustainable. We enforce quality and continuous process improvement for both clients and employees.
We ensure to maintain steady growth of quality of service rendered and this we achieve via careful supervision, project planning and strategy development, constant training of personnel, use of up to date equipment and technology etc.
Maintenance of Quality is the fundamental consideration during our projects. We ensure regular maintenance of company equipment, we rehearse every project in our facility before site execution, we review all project execution procedure thoroughly and address all grey areas to minimize errors, we analyze all measurements and dimensions etc We also work in a most timely fashion as we know time is life.
