- Promote a culture of continual improvement across all business processes, products, and services.
- Provide adequate resources, competent personnel, and ongoing training to enhance performance and service delivery.
- Ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of all activities through documented procedures and controls.
- Encourage responsibility and accountability at all levels, ensuring that every employee contributes to the quality of outputs and services.
- Maintain open communication, objective reporting, feedback mechanisms, and independent verification processes to ensure quality assurance.
- Comply with all applicable statutory, regulatory, and other interested parties’ requirements.
- Regularly review the Quality Management System to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
Top Management is responsible for ensuring that this Quality Policy is communicated, understood, and applied within the organization and by relevant interested parties. The policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with the strategic direction of the company and to drive continual improvement.
All employees and stakeholders are required to adhere strictly to the provisions of the Quality Management System and support its effective implementation and maintenance.
