Quality Policy

Platform Express Global Resources Limited (PEGR) is an indigenous company providing engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, maintenance, asset integrity, instrumentation and control, logistics, consultancy, and related services to the oil and gas and energy sectors.

PEGR is committed to delivering high-quality services that meet and exceed customer requirements, applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and relevant industry standards. Our Quality Management System (QMS) is established and maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and is focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and organizational performance.

To achieve this, PEGR shall:

  • Ensure consistent delivery of services in accordance with approved standards, client specifications, and best industry practices.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain measurable quality objectives at relevant functions and levels within the organization.
  • Promote a culture of continual improvement across all business processes, products, and services.
  • Provide adequate resources, competent personnel, and ongoing training to enhance performance and service delivery.
  • Ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of all activities through documented procedures and controls.
  • Encourage responsibility and accountability at all levels, ensuring that every employee contributes to the quality of outputs and services.
  • Maintain open communication, objective reporting, feedback mechanisms, and independent verification processes to ensure quality assurance.
  • Comply with all applicable statutory, regulatory, and other interested parties’ requirements.
  • Regularly review the Quality Management System to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.

Top Management is responsible for ensuring that this Quality Policy is communicated, understood, and applied within the organization and by relevant interested parties. The policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with the strategic direction of the company and to drive continual improvement.

All employees and stakeholders are required to adhere strictly to the provisions of the Quality Management System and support its effective implementation and maintenance.

OHSE Policy

Platform Express Global Resources Limited (PEGR) is committed to delivering high-quality engineering, procurement, maintenance, asset integrity, and instrumentation & control services within the oil & gas and energy sectors, while ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance in all our operations.

We recognize that the safety, health, and well-being of our employees, contractors, stakeholders, host communities, and the protection of the environment are fundamental to our business success. Our goal is to provide a safe and healthy work environment that prevents work-related injuries, ill health, environmental harm, and damage to property.

To achieve this, PEGR is committed to:

  • Providing and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all categories of workers.
  • Complying with all applicable legal, regulatory, and other requirements, including the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and client-specific HSE requirements.
  • Promoting consultation, participation, and open communication among employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the protection of the environment by minimizing the impact of our operations and enforcing strict compliance with environmental standards.
  • Establishing and enforcing HSE rules, procedures, and safe systems of work to guide all operations, with appropriate sanctions for violations.
  • Promoting continual improvement of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH&S MS) in line with ISO 45001:2018.
  • Setting measurable HSE objectives at all relevant functions and levels within the organization.
  • Providing adequate training, awareness programs, and resources to ensure employees are competent to perform their tasks safely.
  • Encouraging a strong safety culture anchored on our philosophy: “Act Safe Today, No Loss Tomorrow.”
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with host communities, including engagement to understand and address their specific needs.

This HSE Policy forms an integral part of our Integrated Management System (IMS) and provides a framework for establishing and reviewing HSE objectives. Responsibilities for implementation are assigned across all levels of the organization, including individuals, teams, and departments.

Management shall ensure that this policy is communicated, understood, implemented, and maintained across the organization, and made available to all employees and interested parties. The policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.
